Caregivers have to create a personal profile when applying for an open job position. Each applicant requires to provide contact information, picture, number of years of experience, education, certification, qualification and indicates what makes them a good caregiver.

Only verified home care agencies can join Certified Caregivers US  Our 3-step verification process ensures only qualified employers contact you.

1. Be a licensed assisted living or home care company or facilities in the state they operate.
2. Verify the business phone number, mailing address and website with Certified Caregivers US
3. Perform a credit card transaction with a valid matching card.

Additionally, caregivers can see each employer who has viewed your profile page and deactive their account anytime.
I don’t have a formal training to be certified caregiver can I still apply for a job? Can i become a certified caregiver?
Of course! Many in-home care agency will hire non-Certified caregivers for companion ! If you like to get trained and get a professional certification we can recommend professional caregiver training school .

Our Certified Caregivers are responsible for the personal and compassionate care of Residents, including medication administration (to include insulin injections), oral care, dressing, undressing, shaving, grooming, showers, peri care and transfers.

1. Yearly TB test (if needed, a Chest X-ray).
2. Caregiver Certification (thru Directed Level of Care) issued by Your STATE approved training program
3. Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain one)
4. Must be able to read and understand labels, have experience administering medications.
5. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of Residents.
6. Must be First Aid, CPR Certified
